Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site there wete plastic pull up bag under the bathroom sink and plastic bags in the Elephant room in a container above the soap dispenser accessible to children. The director removed all the plastic bags to an area out of reach of children at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): At the time of the site visit there were a nail sticking out of the loft in the Eagle room. The director removed the nail at the time of the site visit.
